Location

This great holiday hotel is located in the Kumköy holiday area. A private walkway of approx. 350 m leads to the wide, gently sloping sandy beach (partially stone slabs in the sea). A regular shuttle service to the beach is available for our guests. The town of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 3 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

Summer:
The well-known resort hotel, popular with many regular guests, has a total of 197 rooms spread across five floors (two lifts available). The hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a live bar (open only in the winter season), where Wi-Fi is included. There is a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (each subject to availability and reservation, included once per stay), several bars, and a lovely indoor pool (open only in winter). A disco (open only in the winter season, drinks at a charge), shops, and a hairdresser (each at a charge). The well-maintained outdoor area features two freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, two water slides (operates on an hourly basis), a pool/snack bar, and sun terraces. These, along with the bar and beach restaurant (May 1st - Oct 31st), are open depending on weather conditions and at the discretion of the hotelier. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge for our guests.
Winter:

- heated indoor pool open only in winter
- only soft animation is offered
- beach bar and beach restaurant are closed
- mini club is closed
- live bar operates only in winter (opening hours may vary)

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a pool view can be booked at an additional charge (PD). Double room for single use (DE, PDE). Rooms for single use are available at more favorable rates and in limited numbers under (DEI). From Summer '26, in the low season, a limited number at more favorable rates for single use with land view (DEA), as a double room with pool view (PDR) or bookable for single use (EPI).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with a land view (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Large Double Room

These rooms are slightly larger than the standard double rooms and feature a double bed and two single beds, with otherwise identical amenities. The area with the two single beds does not have windows (D2X). Rooms with a pool view can be booked at an additional charge (GDP).

Large Double Room Type A

These rooms are identical to the large double rooms with a land view and are bookable at more favorable rates with limited availability (G2A).

Family Suite

These suites have a bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds and a connecting door, as well as a balcony and pool view (2FS), with otherwise identical amenities.

Comfort Double Room

These rooms are identical to the large double rooms with the same amenities and a land view. They feature a double bed and two single beds. The area with the two single beds does not have windows (2CD). For Summer '25: Double room for single use (1CD).

Family Suite Type A

These suites have a bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds and a connecting door, as well as a balcony and land view (ASF), with otherwise identical amenities.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, continental late riser's breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are included at the open bars from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM. The minibar is stocked once upon arrival with soft drinks and still water, the latter being replenished daily. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks, drinks served between 11:30 PM and 10:00 AM, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Sports included

Water polo, water aerobics, table tennis, aerobics, and fitness room.
