Directly on the wide, gently sloping sandy beach of Kumköy. The town of Side, with its numerous shops, entertainment options, and ancient sights, is approximately 4 km away. Public minibus connections or taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The comfort hotel, popular with many German regular guests, consists of two five-story main buildings (elevators available) and, in summer, three-story pool villas (without elevators), totaling 673 rooms. Central facilities include a spacious reception area with a lobby, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), 6 à la carte restaurants (BBQ is open from May 15th to September 15th, weather permitting), various bars, a satellite TV room, and several conference rooms. Additionally, there are shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), a disco, a well-equipped spa and wellness center, and a modern indoor pool with a whirlpool (heated from November 1st to March 31st, weather permitting, towels free of charge). Wi-Fi is included (in the reception area, rooms, around the pools, and on the beach in summer). In the outdoor area facing the sea, there is an animation stage, a freshwater swimming pool with a water slide (hourly and weather permitting from April 15th to October 15th), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Here, as well as on the beach (with a beach bar), loungers, cushions (only on the beach), sun umbrellas, and beach towels are available to our guests free of charge.
Winter:
- The animation stage is not available.
- The indoor pool is only open during the winter season and is heated between November 1st and March 31st.
- Sun loungers and beach towels are included on the sun terrace, located in the garden area.
- Light entertainment is provided.
- The terrace area of the buffet restaurant is closed.
- The BBQ à la carte restaurant is closed.

Accommodation

Double Room

The double rooms (approx. 27 m²) are located in main buildings A and B and are comfortably furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operated hourly and centrally controlled), minibar, kettle with tea/coffee, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view or side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM/DMS). Double room for single use (DE/DEM/DES).

Super Saver Room

Otherwise identically furnished as the double rooms in the main building and located on the land side (SSZ). Can also be booked for single use in summer 2025 (SSE).

Large Double Room

Located in main building block B, these rooms are identically equipped and sized as the double rooms, featuring a shower/WC and a visually separated bunk bed for children (one room) (D2X).

Family Room

In addition to the standard double room amenities, these rooms feature a separate bedroom with an interconnecting door and a second bathroom with a shower/WC (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (F2M).

Family Room with Pool Access

Located in the pool villas on the second or third floor, these rooms offer similar amenities and furnishings as the family rooms, with tiled floors, two bathrooms with showers, and pool views (2DF). Rooms on the first floor with direct pool access can be booked at an additional charge (2FP).

Double Room with Pool View (Summer)

Located in the pool villas (approx. 20 m²), these rooms offer similar amenities to the double rooms, with tiled floors, a French bed, a balcony, and pool views (PD). Double room for single use (PDE).

Super Saver Room without Balcony (Summer)

These rooms are smaller than the double rooms with pool view (approx. 16 m²) and have two fixed single beds, tiled floors, a shower/WC. They are located in the pool villas but face the land side (SOZ).
(Also bookable under AYT850 as a double room in an annex building (DNH)).

Suite (Summer)

These rooms have the same amenities as family rooms but are slightly larger, featuring a living room with a seating area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. They also include a whirlpool on the balcony or in the bathroom, with pool or sea views at the hotel's discretion (S2).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Rich buffet for breakfast (from 7 AM to 11 AM), lunch, and dinner. Optional dinner once per stay at each à la carte restaurant (reservations required, subject to availability, minimum stay of 5 nights). Turkish and international snacks, coffee/tea, pastries, and cake at the patisserie (from 10 AM to 12 AM). Ice cream scoops and waffles by the pool (summer). Midnight snacks (from 10 PM to 1 AM) and a small breakfast buffet from 1 AM to 7 AM. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and beer upon arrival and is replenished daily as needed. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

All Inclusive (Winter)
