Location

This comfortable holiday resort is located directly on the gently sloping, fine sandy beach of Kumkoy. The town of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities, is approximately 6 km away. Public minibus connections and a taxi stand are available near the hotel.

Facilities

The popular holiday hotel, set in approximately 33,000 m² of natural gardens, offers a total of 227 Garden Double Rooms, 11 Garden Family Rooms, and 2 rooms for disabled guests spread across four floors with two panoramic lifts. Hotel facilities include the reception area with a lobby bar and seating, the buffet restaurant with a terrace area and non-smoking zone (international cuisine), various bars, and a satellite TV room with a large screen. At the Bahçe Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 PM and 4 PM (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the rooms, garden, lobby, bar area, and beach/pool area. The well-maintained garden features a freshwater swimming pool, an additional pool with four water slides (operates hourly and weather permitting), a separate children's pool, a pool bar, a sunbathing lawn, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels (provided in the room), and cushions are included for our guests by the pool and on the beach.

Garden Double Room (approx. 27 m² including bathroom)

The tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms feature a double bed (Kingsize 200x200 cm with separate mattresses), shower/WC, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel and several German programs, air conditioning (centrally controlled hourly and operational depending on weather), safe, mini-fridge, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS). Direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Also available for single occupancy (DEM).

Garden Family Room (approx. 44 m² including bathroom)

The facilities are the same as the double rooms, with an additional, separate sleeping area with two single beds and a connecting door. The tastefully furnished rooms offer two satellite LCD TVs, Wi-Fi, and two wardrobes (DF2). Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.

Meat, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as some dairy products come from our own organic farm.

Half Board Ultra

Breakfast and dinner from rich buffets in the main restaurant, as well as a late riser's breakfast from 10 AM to 11 AM (served on a plate), are included. Some local alcoholic (ages 18+) and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as various cocktails, are available at the open bars between 9 AM and 12 AM (1st July - 31st August from 9 AM to 1 AM). Your mini-fridge will be stocked with still water.

All Inclusive

When booking All Inclusive, you will also receive lunch from the hotel buffet and, in the afternoon, tea/coffee and typical local pastries.

For a fee

At the Bahçe Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 PM and 4 PM. Also available are freshly squeezed fruit juices, massages, telephone and fax charges, laundry service, and a doctor's service (hourly).

Sports included

Two sand tennis courts during the day, tennis racket and ball rental, table tennis, and billiards for ages 16 and up, as well as the well-equipped fitness center.
