Location

The holiday hotel is located approx. 300 m from the wide, spacious sandy beach. Due to its location directly on Kumköy street, good taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The well-known holiday hotel has a total of 404 rooms, distributed across the five-story main building (elevators available) and two three-story annex buildings. Various amenities include a spacious reception hall with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one included per stay in one of them, by appointment and subject to availability), several bars, and an attractive wellness area (heated depending on the weather) and the indoor pool. Various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the facility. In the beautiful garden area, in addition to the amphitheater for evening events during the summer, there are also two large freshwater swimming pools with a total of two separate children's pools, another pool with two water slides (operating at certain hours), a pool/snackbar, and a sun terrace. Here and at the hotel's own beach section (with beach bar), loungers, umbrellas, beach towels, and mattresses are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation

Double room

The attractively designed rooms in bright colors are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), direct dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV, safe, tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Pool view can be booked for an additional charge (PD). Double room for single use (DE/PDE).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and are located on the ground floor in a less preferred location (street side SSZ).

Comfort Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with pool view, on a higher floor, with late check-out (until 3 PM) (DKO). Double room for single use (DKE).

Large Double Room (Summer 25)

With the same amenities as the family rooms, they have a second bedroom with bunk beds (D2X).

Family Room

With amenities similar to the double rooms, they offer an additional bedroom separated by a connecting door, a second LCD television and a second air conditioning system, as well as laminate flooring (DF2).

Meals

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, ice cream, and snacks at the snack and beach bar (seasonal). Coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10 AM to midnight at the bars that are open. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Drinks after midnight, all imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and Turkish coffee.

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, and a small fitness room, bocce, water aerobics, stretching, air rifle shooting, beach volleyball, and water polo.

Children's program

During the summer, multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 11 (seasonal, certain hours), mini-disco, and children's playground. Rental of strollers (subject to availability).

Wellness

Turkish bath is included. Sauna, massages, and all other treatments in the wellness area are subject to a fee.
