Location

The well-known holiday complex with a club atmosphere is located directly on the long sandy beach, separated only by the promenade. You can easily reach the picturesque resort of Side by public minibusses, which are about 2 km away.

The extensive holiday resort offers a total of 340 rooms, spread across several newly built buildings (with elevator, apartment buildings without elevator). Among the many amenities for carefree holidays are the spacious reception area with a lobby bar, comfortable seating areas, Wi-Fi (with limited speed) is included throughout the hotel. Furthermore, a main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (with reservation and availability from April 1st to October 31st, some for ages 9 and up), other bars, a patisserie, disco (three times a week), several shops (each for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped garden, besides the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there are also two large swimming pools (one heated in the early season until May 15th and from October 1st to October 31st) with a separate children's pool, a small water park with four slides for adults and three for children (operates hourly from June 1st to October 31st), sun terraces, and the water park, snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and on the beach (with beach bar for soft drinks).

The attractively decorated rooms in the main building offer a bathroom/toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled), safe, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea setup, tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (CD). Double room = single room for single occupancy (CDE).

Double Room (Summer 2025)

The room is approximately 25 m² and is equipped with a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, free internet, a safe, and a minibar that is refilled every two days. The balcony with seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and LCD TV provide additional comfort (D/DE).

Large Double Room

The modern rooms are located in the old building and are slightly more spacious than the double rooms, offering a shower/toilet, sofa bed, LCD satellite TV, and laminate and/or ceramic flooring with otherwise identical amenities (D2X).

Superior Double Room (Summer 2025)

The Superior Double Room is 32 m² and features a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, free internet, a safe, and a minibar that is refilled every two days. A balcony with a seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and an LCD TV contribute to the guests' comfort (DSU/DSE).

Apartments (Summer 2025)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they consist of two bedrooms and a combined living/sleeping area, as well as a bath/toilet or shower/toilet (A22).

Superior Double Room Swim-up (Summer 2025)

The Superior Swim-Up room is between 25 and 32 m² and is equipped with a toilet, shower, hairdryer, free internet, safe, and a minibar that is refilled every two days. A balcony with seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and LCD TV provide additional comfort. The terrace offers direct access to the communal pool (DWP).

Deluxe Double Room (Summer 2025)

The Deluxe Double Room is approximately 42 m² and features a toilet, shower, hairdryer, free internet, and a safe. The minibar is refilled every two days, and the balcony with seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and LCD TV provide additional comfort (DD2).

Family Apartments (Summer 2026)

The rooms are approximately 40-45 m² and, with the same amenities and location as the double rooms, consist of two bedrooms and a combined living/sleeping area, as well as a bath/toilet or shower/toilet, hairdryer, free internet, and a safe. The minibar is refilled daily, and the balcony, kettle with coffee/tea setup, air conditioning, and LCD TV are included (APF).
