The modern holiday resort is located on the outskirts of Kumköy. The extensive sandy beach can be reached after 300 m via a small footpath. Side itself is about 7 km away, and public minibus connections are available on the road.

The chic holiday accommodation offers 314 rooms spread over six floors. Amenities for carefree holidays include an elegantly designed reception hall with a reception, lifts, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, the main restaurant with a terrace, several bars, and two à la carte restaurants (reservations required with guest relations, included once per week in one of the restaurants). Various shops, a game hall, conference rooms, and a hairdresser are available for a fee, as well as a modern indoor pool (open in the early and late season, heated depending on weather) and an attractive wellness area. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features a stage for evening entertainment as well as a pool landscape with a large main pool, a separate children's pool, and another pool with three water slides (open for specific hours), sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and at the beach (with beach bar/snack bar).
