Location

The complex is located directly on the wide, expansive sandy/pebble beach, with some rocks present in the sea. Manavgat town is about 7 km away, and the picturesque old town of Side is about 3 km away. Public minibus services are available on the main road.

Facilities

Summer:
The hotel, part of the well-known Seaden hotel chain, has a total of 356 rooms spread across the nine-story main building (elevators available). Amenities include a spacious reception area with seating and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation and availability required), several bars, and a disco (00:00-02:00, entry and drinks are free). There is also an attractive wellness area and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. Additionally, there are shops and a hairdresser (charges apply for both). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The beautiful garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, a swim-up pool bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge here and at the hotel's private beach section (with beach bar).

Accommodation

Double Room

The attractively designed 35 sqm rooms in bright colors are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), direct dial telephone, minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, LCD satellite TV, safe, and a balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) are available at an extra charge. Double room for single use (DE/So'26 DEM). Rooms with sea/pool view can be booked (MPD/MPE).

Deluxe Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but slightly larger (38 sqm) with sea view, and additionally feature a whirlpool and sun loungers on the balcony (DDM).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these offer an additional sleeping area separated by a connecting door, side sea view, and one bathroom (2FA). Family rooms with two bathrooms can be booked at an extra charge (2FB).

Swim Up (Summer)

These comfortably furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a terrace with two sun loungers and direct pool access (SWD).

Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser's breakfast, ice cream and waffles served at specific times, as well as snacks throughout the day, plus a midnight snack and late buffet. With a minimum stay of 3 nights, you can dine once a week at one of the à la carte restaurants. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day at the respective bars. Additionally, there is a bistro open 24 hours with à la carte service. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All-Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, fitness room, boccia, aerobics, water aerobics, and in summer, beach volleyball and water polo.
