Location

The adults-only hotel is located just 200 meters from the beach promenade, on a gently sloping, wide beach, about 1.5 km from the center of Side, where you will find a variety of shopping and entertainment options. Public transport is available on the main road.

Facilities

The holiday complex offers a total of 63 rooms spread across a 4-story main building. Hotel facilities include a spacious reception area with seating, two elevators, a main restaurant, 2 bars, and Wi-Fi is available for a fee. There is a small indoor pool (approx. 70 m² and open seasonally) and a small spa area. A freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace are also available. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach (no food or drink service on the beach). Beach towels are available at the spa (changed every three days).

The attractively furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe (rental fee), individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar, and coffee/tea making facilities. They have laminate flooring and a balcony with pool view (D). Sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) is available at an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE/DEM/DES).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are significantly larger and have a sea view (S2M).

All imported drinks, cocktails, bottled drinks, freshly squeezed juices, drinks after 11 pm, and food and drinks on the beach.
