The modern hotel is centrally located in the Kumköy holiday area, about 1000m to the long sandy beach, a hotel shuttle service is available free of charge several times a day. The picturesque old town of Side can be reached in approx. 5 km, public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The hotel, newly opened in Spring 2022, offers everything needed for a "dreamy" family holiday, but singles and couples will also get their money's worth. Family rooms with sleeping facilities for up to 5 people offer special service. Among the many amenities are the spacious reception hall with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the rooms, included. The main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (once per stay, subject to availability, reservation required each time) various bars, patisserie, the heated indoor pool (seasonal) and the modernly equipped wellness center, as well as various shops and hairdresser (each for a fee). In the outdoor area, there are not only the freshwater pools, one of which is an active pool where action is part of the daily program, the Aqua Park from April 15th to October 15th (depending on wind and weather before and after) with many water slides (hourly), which are not only the most modern but also the most exciting. A pool for adults aged 18+. Action and boredom stand no chance here. The same applies to the Dream Wonderland for children with its own slide park and the large children's pool. The hotel's own fine sandy beach with a gently sloping sea is ideal for families with children. Beach and snack bars, sunbeds, umbrellas, and bath towels are of course included.

Double Room

The approx. 25 sqm comfortable rooms in a tasteful ambiance offer a floor-to-ceiling shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central, hourly), satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi connection, kettle and coffee/tea setup, rental safe, minibar, tiled floor with laminate look and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Double Room Type A

With similar amenities to the double rooms, slightly more spacious (approx. 30 sqm), allocation at the hotelier's discretion (DA).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, slightly more spacious (approx. 40 sqm), they also have two bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathroom, each room has its own satellite TV (DF2).

Family Suite

With similar amenities to the family rooms, the rooms are approx. 48 sqm and have 2 bathrooms (2FS).

Superior Pool View

The amenities are identical to the double rooms, additionally offering pool view, a complimentary introductory massage (15 min), an additional use of the à la carte restaurants, a beach bag, and a 20% discount in the spa (DSP). Single room = double room for single use (DST/ZSE)

Annex Family Room

The approx. 45 sqm rooms have 2 bedrooms with a connecting door, with a bathroom with shower/WC and are located in the annexe building. Each room has its own LCD TV. Otherwise, similar amenities to the double rooms with a balcony (2FA).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form. Late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Once per stay you can dine in one of the à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation required). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars between 10 am and midnight. The minibar is replenished daily with water and mineral water.

Not included in All Inclusive

All imported drinks, drinks after midnight, and freshly squeezed fruit juices, as well as ice cream on the beach.

Sports included

Darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, morning gymnastics, water aerobics, and a modern and functionally well-equipped fitness room.
