Location

The hotel, built in 2021, is located in Kumköy, approximately 450 meters from the sandy beach. Various shopping and entertainment options are available in Side, about 5 km away, easily accessible by public transport or taxi.

Facilities

The Kirman Group hotel complex offers a total of 420 rooms spread across five floors with elevators. Amenities include an elegant reception hall with seating areas and a stylish lobby, and a game hall. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel features a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (reservations required; one visit to one of the two à la carte restaurants is included with a minimum 7-night stay), a disco (open on certain days), and various shops. A mini-market is available (for a fee). There is also a wellness area and an indoor pool with a separate children's activity pool and a separate children's paddling pool, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included for our guests at the pools and on the beach.
All facilities and services within the hotel's indoor and outdoor areas are open depending on weather conditions, availability, and at the hotel's discretion.

Accommodation

Double Room

The tastefully decorated rooms with a French bed and a single bed offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, air conditioning (hourly, central), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS). Double rooms can be booked for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Double Room Superior

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are equipped with an additional sofa bed and have a land view (DSU). Sea view is available for an additional charge (DMU).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door. One room has a double bed, and the other has two single beds, each with a bathroom, LCD satellite TV, and air conditioning (hourly, central) (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).

For breakfast, late riser breakfast, and dinner, you can help yourself to extensive buffets. Lunch is available at the snack restaurant and, during high season, at the main restaurant. Tea, coffee, and pastries are served during the day. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars (some imported drinks included). The premium minibar contains on the first day of arrival a bottle of malt beer, a 37.5 cl bottle of red wine, 20 cl imported whisky, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, soda, Sprite, a can of cola, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips, and chocolate. Subsequent refills will include a bottle of beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic drinks.
