Location

Located in the heart of the Side-Kumköy tourist region, this hotel opened its doors in summer 2024. It is situated on one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of the Turkish Riviera, just 1.7 km away. A regular shuttle service to the beach is provided. In the vicinity, you'll find various entertainment and shopping options, with public minibus connections and taxis readily available near the hotel.

Among the many amenities are a spacious reception hall with a reception desk, elevators, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the rooms, free of charge. The main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay, reservation required), several bars, and a patisserie. Various shops and a hairdresser (for a fee). The heated indoor pool (open during the winter season) and a modernly equipped wellness area. Outdoors, you'll find freshwater pools, including an activity pool where action is part of the daily program, and the Aqua Park* with numerous water slides, promising to be the most modern and thrilling. Action and boredom have no chance here with the extensive offerings. This also applies to the Dream Wonderland (available for a few hours daily) for children, with its own slide park and two large children's pools. The hotel's own fine sandy beach with a gentle slope is ideal for families with children. Beach and snack bars, sunbeds, umbrellas, and bath towels are naturally included. The Aqua Park is open from April 15th to October 15th; before and after these dates, it is weather-dependent. Use is restricted to a maximum body height of 120cm.

The QUM VILLAGE area
The exclusive All-Inclusive-Plus concept applies exclusively to Qum Village, which has 27 exclusive rooms. As a guest of the adults-only area (18+), you have the opportunity to use the Dream Fun World and Dream Water World free of charge daily.
Note: Each of these two hotels offers its own All-Inclusive concept.

Accommodation

Double Room

The comfortable rooms, approximately 25 sqm, consist of one room and feature a floor-to-ceiling shower/WC, telephone, hairdryer, card lock system, central air conditioning (operates for a few hours daily), satellite TV with music channel, minibar (water and mineral water), electric kettle with coffee/tea set, rental safe, direct dial telephone, and Wi-Fi (included). Laminate flooring and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Double Room Swim-Up

These rooms are identically equipped, approximately 28 sqm, and offer direct pool access, which can only be used by swim-up room guests. They feature a large balcony that is not visible to neighbors (SWD). In Summer '26, also bookable as a double room for single use (SWE). For safety reasons, only bookable for children aged 12 and above.
 

Double Room Type A

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are slightly larger (approx. 30 sqm) and can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults + 1 child or 2 adults + 2 children (DA).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of 2 rooms with a connecting door and one bathroom. Each room has its own TV and is approximately 40 sqm (DF2). Family rooms with 2 bathrooms are available for an additional charge (2FA).

Family Room Duplex

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of 2 rooms in a duplex style and have 1 bathroom/WC. Each room has its own TV and is approximately 40 sqm (DUF).

Qum Village Room

Guests of Qum Village Rooms (aged 18 and above) can also use the Dream Water World hotel. Additionally, an exclusive AI-Plus concept applies. The room is located in the Qum Village area on the third floor (DB). Available for an additional charge with a whirlpool in the room on the second floor (DC) or on the ground floor with a terrace and direct pool access (DD).

Superior Pool View

These rooms are identical in amenities to the double rooms but also offer a pool view, a complimentary introductory massage (15 min), an additional visit to the à la carte restaurants, a beach bag, and a 20% discount at the spa (DSP). Single occupancy = double room for single use (DST/ZSE).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea, waffles, and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Once per stay, you can dine in one of the three à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and prior reservation required). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars between 10 AM and midnight. The minibar is refilled daily with water and mineral water as needed.

Not included in All Inclusive

All imported beverages, drinks after midnight, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and ice cream on the beach.

Ultra All Inclusive (Qum Village Room)

In the minibar of all rooms, canned beer, canned soft drinks, bottled water and mineral water, mixed nuts, chocolate, and chips are refilled daily. A capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and tea and coffee set are available in the rooms. Upscale bathroom amenities. The Qum Village Bistro-Snack Restaurant is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, offering fresh orange juice with breakfast. Additionally, all drinks served by the glass, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails with fresh fruit juices, are available at the bar. From 10 AM to 5 PM, ice cream bars and fresh local fruits (seasonally) are served. From 10 AM to midnight, imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks served by the glass are included.

Darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, archery, morning gymnastics, water aerobics, and much more are available to you. Additionally, there is a modern, functional, and generously equipped fitness room.

Children's program

Daytime activities include a multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 12 (available for a few hours), a separate children's pool, and a children's restaurant with a children's buffet for dinner.
