Location

The holiday hotel is situated in the midst of the shady Sorgun forest and directly on the sprawling, steeply sloping sand/pebble beach. The resort of Side is approx. 4 km away, and the city of Manavgat approx. 5 km away. Taxis and public minibus connections to both directions are available in front of the hotel.

The architecturally striking holiday resort has a total of 463 rooms on six floors (four lifts available). The hotel's facilities include a spacious reception hall with a seating area and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace area, various à la carte restaurants (one dinner per stay included upon prior reservation and subject to availability; further visits are subject to a charge), various bars, conference rooms, a discotheque, satellite TV, a mini-market, a boutique, and a hairdresser, as well as the show center for evening shows (May 1st - Oct 30th). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge in the rooms, public areas, and at the pier. The well-maintained garden area features a freshwater swimming pool complex with a separate children's pool, an aquapark with several water slides and snack stations, and a splash pool for children (open at certain hours), sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar and a bathing jetty open from May 1st to Sept 30th, weather permitting). The sun terraces have loungers with integrated cushions.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operates according to weather conditions and at certain hours), minibar, kettle, tea/coffee setup, LCD satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with partial sea view or direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS/DM). Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEM) is available at certain times with more favorable conditions, offering partial sea view (I2X) or sea view (DMA) = Double room for single use (EIS/AME).

Couple Double Room

The rooms with modern decor have the same amenities as the double rooms, featuring a French bed or twin beds, shower/WC, and partial sea view (DIS). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMI).

Large Double Room (Summer 2025)

These rooms, with otherwise the same size and amenities as the double rooms, feature bunk beds for children (D2X).

Family Room with Partial Sea View (Superior Family Room)

These rooms with partial sea view consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and two bathrooms with shower/WC. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds and a pull-out sofa bed (FS2). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).

Family Suite Sea View

These suites with sea view, otherwise equipped like the double rooms, have an additional bedroom (the main bedroom has a double bed and the other room has two single beds) with a connecting door, as well as a whirlpool on the balcony (there are steps at the entrance of both bedrooms) (SFM).

With similar amenities to the family rooms, these feature an additional living area with a kitchenette and two bathrooms with shower/WC, as well as direct sea view (2DF).

Ultra All Inclusive

No wishes remain unfulfilled. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner from lavish buffets, continental late riser breakfast, various snacks and ice cream at the snack bar during the day, coffee/tea in the Arcanus Coffee House (Summer 25), and ice cream service in the patisserie, as well as a bistro open from 4 PM to 7 AM. Various local alcoholic beverages, including well-known imported spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars within the concept. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Sports included

During summer, multi-lingual mini club for children aged 4-11 for a few hours, in high season Junior Club (ages 12-16), playground, splash park. Lunch and dinner options in the children's restaurant. "Katta goes on vacation" Dear children, do you know what I love doing most? Having a vacation, of course! Wouldn't you like to visit me at the hotel for a few days and go on vacation with me?
