The popular holiday hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the evergreen Sorgun forest, directly on the expansive sandy beach. Side is approx. 1 km away and Manavgat city is approx. 5 km away. Both can be reached by public minibus and taxis.

This spacious comfort hotel consists of a five-story, U-shaped main building (six elevators) and the area with two-story sea villas, offering a total of 761 rooms. The main building's facilities include a tastefully designed reception area with a reception desk, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. There is also a main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), another buffet restaurant near the sea villas (open in summer for breakfast and snack meals), various à la carte restaurants, several bars, conference rooms, a cinema, an internet café and game hall, a hairdresser, shops (charges apply), a well-equipped wellness and spa center, and a modern indoor pool with an integrated children's pool (seasonal). Wi-Fi is available free of charge in some hotel areas. The generously landscaped garden features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and 3 water slides in summer, sun terraces, an aqua park with eight water slides (operates at specific hours), and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, sunshades (on the beach only), and beach towels (with a towel card) are available free of charge here, as well as at the sea villa pool and the beach with its snack bar (pier open from May 15th to October 15th). The hotel also offers a funfair with rides (charges apply in the evening) and an amphitheater for entertainment shows (May 1st to October 15th).

The tastefully and modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (operates depending on weather/hours), minibar, satellite LCD TV with music channel, Wi-Fi included, safe, sofa bed for the third person, carpet or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room = single room for single occupancy (DE).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms (SSZ). Also available for single occupancy in summer (SSE).

Double Room Superior

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, plus an additional sleeping space, and are located in the main building. (Max. occupancy 2+2) (DSU).

Family Room

Located in the main building, these rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and consist of two bedrooms with an interconnecting door (DF2).

Double Room Type A/B

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, with laminate flooring, are located in the villa pool area, and have a garden view (DA). Pool view can be booked at an additional charge (DB).

Family Villa

The rooms have 2 bedrooms and are equipped with a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (operates depending on weather/hours), minibar, satellite LCD TV with music channel, Wi-Fi included, safe, carpet or laminate flooring, and a balcony or terrace, located in the villa area (V2).

Saver Room Type A

The rooms are located in the annex building and have two single beds, a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar, air conditioning (weather-dependent and centrally controlled), laminate flooring, and a French balcony (SSX). Double room = single room for single occupancy (ESX). (Can also be booked under AYTA81 with DNH/ENH.)

Breakfast (fresh orange juice included), lunch, and dinner from the extensive buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea with pastries, and an ice cream hour at the "Side Street". Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available at the respective open bars from 9:30 AM to midnight, at the disco bar until 3 AM, and at the lobby bar 24 hours a day. The vitamin bar is open from 9 AM to 8 PM. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, still water, mineral water, and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Service charge for à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation), other imported drinks, bottled beverages, and energy drinks, as well as the "Planet Beach Club".

Sports included

Four hard tennis courts during the day, rental of tennis rackets and balls, table tennis, 3x weekly mountain bike and Nordic walking tours, fitness center, basketball, boccia, mini-football, mini-golf, darts, archery, water aerobics, and aerobics. Tennis group lessons (for 4 or more people), beach volleyball, water polo, air rifle shooting, shuffleboard, step aerobics, Pilates, and stretching.
