The exclusive resort is located directly on the hotel's own 220 m long sandy beach and is approximately 1 km from the famous ancient city of Side. Manavgat is about 3 km away, and Antalya Airport is approximately 65 km away. Taxis and public minibus connections are available directly at the hotel.

Spread over an area of 107,000 m², this holiday complex, built in a traditional style, offers a total of 429 rooms distributed across several outbuildings, each with three floors (elevators available). The impressive lobby features a reception area with comfortable seating. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (for a fee and by reservation), a snack à la carte restaurant (free of charge), several bars, and a patisserie. A game hall, several shops, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the extensive gardens, there is a large freshwater swimming pool, an activity pool (heated depending on weather), an aquapark with 5 water slides (weather permitting), an aqua tower for children with 3 slides, as well as a quiet pool (+15 years) and a 'Kneipp' therapy pool. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and at the beach bar/snack à la carte restaurant.

Deluxe Room

The stylishly furnished rooms feature a whirlpool with integrated shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, pillow menu, turn-down service, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, capsule coffee machine, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), marble flooring, and a balcony (DD2). Double room for single use (DD1).

Family Room (Duplex)

With the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, these rooms consist of two levels. The lower floor has a bathroom/whirlpool/WC and a bedroom with a double bed and connecting door. The upper floor has a shower/WC and two single beds, each with an LCD satellite TV and minibar (DF2).

Family Suite

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these suites offer two bedrooms on one level with a connecting door (2FS).

Deluxe Suite

With the same amenities, these suites are more spacious than the Deluxe rooms, have a French balcony, and additionally offer a living area with a second LCD satellite TV (2DS).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (fresh fruit juices and smoothie drinks included), lunch, and dinner from a rich buffet. Vegan and gluten-free options are available in the main restaurant. Late risers' breakfast, international and Turkish snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, 24-hour ice cream service. One à la carte restaurant is included for stays of at least 7 nights (with prior reservation and subject to availability, except Teppanyaki and Mehtabe Grill à la carte). Various local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (hotel-specific brands) are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, beer, red and white wine in small bottles, as well as snacks and chocolate.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Premium imported drinks, special local and imported wines, as well as beach pavilions with catering service (with reservation).

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, boccia, beach volleyball, and archery. Fitness First will be included starting from Summer 2026.

Sports for a fee

Fitness First Platinum (included for international members, excluding special programs) with special programs. Additionally, the hotel offers 35 clay tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts, one with floodlights (one for children, also with floodlights), tennis lessons from PCT Tennis School, and tennis equipment rental. The tennis courts are located approximately 700 m away, outside the complex, with a free shuttle service operating several times a day. There are also five pickleball courts.

Children's program

For the little ones, the "Mima" Kids' Club is open from 10 AM to 11 PM with a restaurant (for lunch, during high season), a children's pool (heated, weather permitting), and an aqua tower with 3 slides in the aquapark. A baby room with cribs is available for children aged 0-3 years (under parental supervision). Children aged 4-7 and 8-12 years are supervised in the playroom, art room, and cinema. Teenagers aged 13-17 years are also supervised in the Teen Club, with sessions from 10 AM to 10:30 PM. High chairs are available in the restaurant upon request.
