Location

The well-known holiday hotel is located in the Titreyengöl area, approximately 600m from the extensive sandy/pebble beach. The centre of Side is about 7 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The chic holiday resort has a total of 239 rooms on five floors (two lifts available). Facilities include an attractive lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, LCD satellite TV corner and lobby bar, Wi-Fi (for a fee), the buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant (included once per stay from May 1st to October 31st with prior reservation) and a small indoor pool (open during the winter season). A game center and internet café, conference room, various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a pool/snackbar, sun terrace, separate children's pool, and two water slides (operates at specific hours/depending on weather). A beach snack bar is available at our guests' own beach section. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit. All outdoor facilities will be available from May 1st.
Winter:
- Indoor pool open from November 1st to April 30th.
- Water slides are closed.

Accommodation

Double room

The spacious rooms are elegantly furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (operates at certain hours), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). In winter 25/26, rooms on the upper floors can be booked at an additional charge (E2O). Double room equals single use (DE/E1O). Available for single use at more favorable conditions and in limited numbers during the pre- and post-season (DEA/DEB/DEC).
Also bookable under AYTC25 as "Double Room Type A" (DA) with similar amenities, but slightly larger.

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the standard double rooms (SSZ). Double room equals single use (SSE/ESX).

Superior Double Room

These rooms are slightly larger than the standard double rooms, with otherwise similar amenities, and feature bunk beds for children (D2X).

Family Room

These rooms, with similar amenities to the double rooms, consist of two rooms separated by a door and one bathroom (DF2).

Wellness Double Room

These are double rooms. Additional services for guests aged 16 and over include: bathrobe, Wi-Fi, wine and fruit basket upon arrival, laundry service up to 5 kg once a week, and free use of the safe (Wi'25/26 DWE/Sum'25 DA). Double room equals single use (Wi'25/26 DW1/Sum'25 DEA).

Family Room Type A

Garden family rooms are 35 sqm and have two bedrooms with a connecting door. The private children's pool on the terrace is 45 cm deep. The purpose of these rooms is for children to enjoy the pool under parental supervision while parents relax and enjoy the peace, keeping an eye on their children (2FA).

Comfort Room (Winter)

The room features 2 bedrooms and is equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (operates at certain hours), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony. For stays of 14 nights or more, a 15-minute back massage, a fruit basket, and wine will be provided in the room, and a weekly 5 kg laundry service is available free of charge (2CD).

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to 11 PM until April 30th, and from 10 AM to 12 AM from May 1st onwards at the bars that are open. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Various imported drinks, drinks in the minibar other than still water, fresh fruit juices.

Sports included

One hard tennis court (rackets and balls available for a deposit), table tennis, and a small fitness room.

Tennis in the evening with floodlights and billiards.
