Location

The well-known, family-friendly, and modern club resort is located in the Side-Titreyengöl holiday area, directly on the lake of the same name, and is managed according to ecological criteria. The extensive sandy/pebble beach has been awarded the Blue Flag and is located approx. 450 m from the hotel, with a free shuttle service available (April 1st - October 31st every 20 minutes). The historic center of Side is approx. 7 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The holiday destination for carefree vacations consists of a main building, two annex buildings (each with elevators), and several villas with a total of 432 accommodation units. It offers a modern reception hall with a reception desk, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (from April 1st - September 30th, all restaurants have a children's menu, open six times a week on a rotating basis; Turkish cuisine is included once per stay with reservation, other à la carte restaurants are available for a service charge), and various bars (including an Adults-Only bar). There is also a game hall and several shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee), as well as an attractive wellness area (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel, in the rooms, and on the beach. In the generously landscaped garden area, there is an amphitheater for evening events from May 1st to October 31st, the "Kids World" with great offers for our little ones, and of course, the freshwater pool complex with water slides (for children aged 4 and over, and for limited hours; children under 7 only with parental supervision), sun terrace, lawns, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach (weather permitting). Beachside gazebos are available for a fee. Indoor pool (open during the winter season) with integrated children's pool, heated in the pre- and post-season.

Double Room

The friendly furnished rooms are located in the main building or annex and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central), minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, satellite TV with music channel, safe, parquet flooring, and a balcony (D). Single room = Double room for single use (DE). Double room type A can be booked for 2 adults + 2 children (DA). With river view bookable for an extra charge (SBD). Double room = Single room for single use (ESD).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms, located in a less preferred position (SSZ).

Large Double Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these are slightly larger and have sleeping facilities for the third and fourth person (sofa bed or extra bed) (D2X).

Villa 1 Bedroom

Located in the villa area (with tiled floors) and otherwise having the same amenities, they consist of one bedroom and a separate living/sleeping area (with two sofa beds) with an connecting door and a terrace or balcony (V12).

Villa 2 Bedrooms

With otherwise identical amenities to the 1-bedroom villas, these have an additional small separate living/sleeping area (with one sofa bed) (V22).

Family Room

The approx. 45-60 m² rooms have two bedrooms with an connecting door, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (centrally controlled), balcony or terrace (DF2).

The approx. 50-95 m² rooms have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (centrally controlled), balcony or terrace (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, ice cream at certain times (from April 1st), various types of coffee in the coffee corner with sweets and cakes from 10 am to midnight, soup, snacks, and a limited hot buffet from 11 pm to 1 am, and a light breakfast buffet from 1 am to 7 am. Additionally, snacks, soft drinks, and beer are available on the beach during the day. Ice cream is available by the pool and on the beach at certain times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars and in the Lake Lounge (until 1 am). The minibar is refilled daily with beer, water, soft drinks, milk, and chocolate milk. In the suites, additionally 2 beers and 2 crunchy sweets are provided. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Further imported beverages, à la carte restaurant visits, and all canned and bottled drinks.
