The modern comfort hotel is located directly on the Manavgat River, approx. 300 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach. The historic center of Side is about 8 km away, and Antalya Airport is 75 km away.

The hotel offers 362 rooms spread over 8 floors, with elevators available. The modern reception area includes a reception desk, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included here. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), two à la carte restaurants (May 1st - Oct 15th, one complimentary visit to either restaurant with a minimum stay of five nights), a patisserie, and an indoor pool with a children's pool. The heated indoor pool is open at the beginning and end of the season, weather permitting. Various shops and a hairdresser are available at a charge. The outdoor area features two freshwater swimming pools, a separate children's pool, and a small water slide for children, as well as another pool with three water slides and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, bath towels, and umbrellas are included here and on the beach, which also has a beach/snack bar.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished room of approx. 35m² has a double bed or two single beds and a pull-out bed or sofa bed, depending on occupancy, a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central and weather-controlled), safety deposit box (rental fee), minibar, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi included, balcony, and laminate flooring (D). Rooms with sea view (DY2) and pool view (DP) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE/DY1/DEP). Double rooms with direct pool access are also available at an additional charge (PZ2).

Family Room

These rooms, of approx. 55m², offer the same amenities as the double rooms but with two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and two showers/WC (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style with a diet corner, late riser's breakfast, and various snacks available during the day at the pool and beach bars. Coffee, tea, and pastries at the patisserie, as well as a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and some imported drinks at the open bars (from 10 AM to 2 AM) are included. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
