Located directly on the Manavgat River, in the popular holiday area of Side-Titreyengöl, approximately 250 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach, which can be reached through a pine forest. The centre of Side with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, bars and restaurants is approx. 7 km away, and the centre of Manavgat is approx. 5 km away. Public transport is available.

The luxury hotel offers, in addition to its 554 rooms on seven floors with lifts, a large reception hall with a reception area, comfortable seating and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the public areas and in the rooms. Main restaurant with outdoor terrace (weather permitting), two à la carte restaurants (reservation and availability required for both, one of them included with stays of seven nights or more) and a patisserie. Various shops, games room (both for a fee), disco, conference rooms, indoor pool with children's pool (heated from March 15th to April 15th, weather permitting) and a spa and wellness centre. The well-maintained outdoor area features a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, pool and snack bars, and a separate pool with six water slides (weather permitting, May 1st to October 15th/seasonal operation). Sun loungers with integrated cushions and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach are included.

The modern and elegantly furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safety deposit box, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, LED satellite TV, laminate flooring, balcony, and river view (D2F). Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms offer an additional bedroom with a connecting door and one bathroom (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style with a diet corner, late riser breakfast, snacks available at certain hours during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream, and midnight snack or soup. All drinks are served at your table in the main restaurant. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some imported drinks are available around the clock at the bars that are open. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Further imported drinks and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
