The impressive holiday complex, situated amidst the shady Sorgun forest, is located directly on its own sand/pebble beach. The town of Side or Manavgat is approximately 6 km away. Taxi and public minibus connections in both directions are available nearby.

The holiday complex has 299 rooms. The interior features a reception area with comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. Further facilities include a main restaurant, several bars, various à la carte restaurants (reservations required, subject to availability; some à la cartes included once a week, Chef’s Kitchen is subject to a fee), as well as a hairdresser and various shops (each subject to a fee). The outdoor area boasts a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's and baby pool, the Palomaqua water park with 19 slides for all ages (12 slides for adults, 7 slides for children, Splash World, operating on an hourly basis/weather permitting) and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and on the beach; daybeds and cabanas are available for a fee.

These rooms (approx. 42 sqm) feature a French bed and a sofa bed, shower/WC, air conditioning (central/weather permitting), minibar, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, tiled floor, safe, and balcony (S12). Single room occupancy (S11). Rooms with terrace and direct pool access can be booked at an additional charge (2PC).

Family Suite

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these suites are slightly larger (approx. 52 sqm) and include a separate living/sleeping area, balcony, and land view (2FS). Rooms with terrace can be booked at an additional charge (2FT), as can rooms with sea view and balcony (2FM) at an additional charge.

Family Suite Swim Up

With identical amenities and room layout to the family rooms, these feature direct pool access and a terrace (2PF). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge as Family Suite Type A (ASF). Children are only allowed from 6 years of age.

Large Family Suite

Feature two bedrooms (approx. 74 sqm) and two bathrooms/WCs, otherwise equipped like the family rooms, with a balcony (FAG). Rooms with terrace can be booked at an additional charge (AFG).

Suite (Summer 2026)

With similar amenities to the family suite, these feature a balcony. Maximum occupancy 2+2 or 3+0 (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (organic food available seasonally) served buffet-style, continental late risers' breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream at specific times, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the bars. Refreshments, fruits, and snacks for light hunger are served at the pool and beach at certain times. Your minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, water, and beer.
