The hotel is located approx. 90 m from the public beach and 320 m from the hotel's own beach. The famous ancient city of Side is approx. 1 km away and easily accessible by public minibus and taxi services.

This holiday complex with a total of 146 rooms spread across a main building and 5 annex buildings offers a reception hall with a lobby bar, Wi-Fi, and an air-conditioned buffet restaurant and pool bar. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a pool with a waterslide (operating at certain hours). Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included for all guests by the pool and on the beach. Beach towels are available for a fee upon exchange.

Rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, mini-fridge, electric kettle, rental safe, laminate or ceramic flooring, and a balcony or terrace (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in a less preferred area and feature a French balcony (SSZ).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Afternoon coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream (4:00 PM - 4:30 PM) are available, along with snacks and soft drinks on the beach at specified times. A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the open bars from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). The mini-fridge is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and water daily.
