Location

The hotel is approx. 500 m from the famous ancient city of Side and 150 m from the sea. The coast on this beautiful beach, which is no more than a 3-minute walk away, is sandy, and the sea is shallow and calm. The beach, which is open to the public, is free to swim at.

The small complex offers a total of 44 rooms spread across two main buildings, each with two floors, and three annex buildings, each with one floor. Facilities include a reception area with a seating area, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby and restaurant areas. In the inner courtyard, there is a small freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are included for our guests here; at the beach, they are available for a fee.

The practically furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, safety deposit box for rent, satellite TV, tiled floor, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds at the hotelier's discretion) with an connecting door. The air conditioning is only in one room and they offer a shower/WC (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM at the respective open bar.
