Location

The hotel is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Costa Dorada. The transfer time to Puerto Plata Airport is approx. 30 minutes. The center of Puerto Plata is only a 5-minute drive away.

The spacious complex offers 516 rooms in 9 three-story buildings. The hotel has a main restaurant with buffets, offering show cooking in the evenings. There are also 3 specialty restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Japanese), a snack bar, a pool bar, and 4 other bars. In the extensive garden, you'll find the pool area with a children's pool and a swim-up bar. A small shopping center with a souvenir shop and a supermarket. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

The stylish double rooms with 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed have a bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, cable TV, iron and ironing board, safe (free of charge), minibar (beer, soft drinks included), and balcony or terrace (PR1/PR2).
Also bookable as Premium Ocean View (PVO) or Premium Pool View (PPD) for an extra charge. Also bookable as Premium Tropical View (PTZ).

Doppelzimmer Premium Near Beach

Equipped like the Premium Rooms, these are located in a quieter area of the hotel and near the beach (BPN).

Juniorsuite Ocean Front

The Junior Suites have a king-size bed or two double beds, are located directly on the beach, and have a sea view. They also feature an iron/ironing board, coffee machine, bathrobe, and balcony (2JO).

Familienzimmer

The family rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, consisting of two double rooms with a connecting door and two balconies (DF2).

Hinweis

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queensize beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise.
