The hotel, designed in Caribbean style, features 854 rooms spread across 2 floors. Indulge yourself and enjoy exclusive service in one of the two buffet restaurants (one for Sun Club guests), or in the six à la carte restaurants (alternating Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, international, Brazilian, and pizza dishes, as well as seafood for a fee). Relax at the beach restaurant (for a fee) or one of the over 9 bars (including beach bar, lobby bar, pool bar, and snack bar). Additionally, there is a grill, a café, and a food truck. The evening entertainment is complemented by the hotel's own theater, a game room, and 2 function rooms (capacity up to 240 people). Or take a dip in the swimming pool; loungers and towels are included/also available at the beach. The beach area also features 2 whirlpools and a separate children's pool.

Deluxe Pool View

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, with an additional pool view (2DZ/1DZ). Also available with limited sea view (X2m).

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may be observed due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is common in the Caribbean during this period. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local municipalities. However, this requires the use of equipment, which may generate some noise.
