The 5-star resort with a total of 520 units features an open lobby with a reception. 5 à la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, French, Mexican, Fish/Seafood - one for adults, one exclusively for Preferred Club guests for breakfast and lunch only, open for everyone in the evening), a buffet restaurant, a snack grill, a café, and 13 bars (3 of which are exclusive to Preferred Club guests) offer a wide culinary variety. The hotel also boasts a spacious pool landscape: 5 pools (Infinity, Relax, Kids, Preferred Club Family, and Preferred Club Adults only) and an aqua park with water slides.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe rooms (approx. 46m²) are modernly equipped with 1 king-size or 2 double beds, bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (daily refilled with soft drinks, beer, water, and juices), coffee/tea maker, safe, furnished terrace or balcony with garden view (DD2/DD1).

Junior Suite Tropical View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, the Junior Suites are more spacious (approx. 48m²-54m²) (JD2/JD1). For an additional charge, they can also be booked with a pool view (J2P).

Preferred Club Junior Suite Tropical View

Same amenities as the Junior Suites, these are located in the Preferred Club area with additional amenities. (approx. 54m²) (JTV). For an additional charge, they can be booked with pool view (JPV), sea view (PJO), or direct pool access (PCZ).

The Preferred Club offers the following amenities: Personal check-in and check-out, bar, restaurant, butler service, daily complimentary newspaper in the room (English or Spanish). Private Preferred Club pool and bar.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room; meaning, occupancy is 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!
Additionally, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly in the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
