The complex was built together with the neighboring hotel Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino on a 320,000 m² plot of land amidst coconut palm plantations and lush tropical vegetation. The junior suites are more spacious (approx. 42 m²) and have the same amenities as the double rooms, as well as a small living area with a sofa bed (135x190 cm) and a whirlpool in the bathroom (JGB/JGK/JG4/J4G). Also available with pool view (JV2/JV3/JV4/JVK).

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period, which affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause a slight noise disturbance.
