The Secrets Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa spans multiple buildings, offering a total of 500 luxuriously appointed rooms. Hotel facilities include 9 gourmet restaurants, comprising 7 à la carte restaurants, which provide a variety of culinary experiences, from local specialties to international cuisine (e.g., French, Italian, or Mediterranean). The rooms feature a furnished balcony or terrace, air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, telephone, minibar, cable TV, coffee and tea maker, safe, and 24-hour room service. Additionally, the rooms can be booked for single occupancy (JT1), with pool view (J2P), with partial ocean view (J2S), or ocean view (JOV), and also as a swim-out (JSO).

The rooms are equipped like the regular suites but offer the amenities of the Preferred Club.
