The tastefully designed holiday complex features a Caribbean-style lobby, reception, 5 bars, buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant, beach restaurant, souvenir shop, mini-market, boutique, VIK Spa (wellness, fitness), internet service (partially for a fee). The 447 rooms are located in 5 buildings, each with 3 floors, surrounding the swimming pool area with sun terrace and loungers, pool/beach bar. Pool/beach towels, sunshades and loungers are included by the pool and on the beach.
VIK hotel Cayena Beach is a luxurious VIP area and exclusively accessible to guests staying there. The complex has 47 exclusive deluxe suites on 3 levels, a separate reception, a tropical restaurant with a bar, a private pool with a pool bar and sun deck. Loungers are included on the private beach section. Guests of the Cayena Beach Club have access to all facilities of the entire complex.

Same amenities as the Double Room Superior, but with an additional separate room offering sleeping facilities (SF2/SF3/KF3/KF4/KF6).

Family Suite Superior

With the same amenities as the Family Suite, these are more modernly furnished (3FF/2FF).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

A wristband is required to use the All-Inclusive services. Pets are not allowed. In case of low hotel occupancy, there may be restrictions on the opening hours of restaurants (except for the main restaurant) in exceptional cases. Appropriate attire is required in the restaurants.
In the Dominican Republic, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this time. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
