The generously laid out, extensive complex, with 860 rooms in 2-3 story buildings, features a large lobby with reception, various shops, a bar, and an internet corner. The tropical garden area houses the large main pool, with another pool on the terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas. An additional pool is located near the beach. For your culinary well-being, there are a total of 11 restaurants (including 7 à la carte restaurants and 2 snack bars), 10 bars, and a beach club with a restaurant and bar on the beach. Further facilities include a disco, a beauty and massage salon, and an amphitheater.

Wearing a wristband is necessary to use the All Inclusive services. With low hotel occupancy, there may be restrictions on restaurant opening hours (main restaurant excluded) in exceptional cases.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, a more frequent occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often observed. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipalities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate a slight background noise.
