"The Boulevard" forms the attractive center for entertainment and is an exclusive area with leisure and shopping opportunities, featuring themed restaurants, a casino, and a disco. The rooms are located in prime locations close to the beach and offer Tropical View. They are equipped with a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 50-inch satellite TV, telephone, safe, coffee maker, minibar, iron/ironing board, bathrobes, slippers, and a balcony or terrace. Pool View or Ocean View (partial sea view) can be booked at an additional charge.

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites Preferred Location, these rooms may also be located in other parts of the hotel complex. The rooms have a balcony with a garden view.

Junior Suite Swim Out (PUJ933)

The rooms have Tropical/Pool View and are equipped with a king-size bed and a sofa bed or two queen-size beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 50-inch satellite TV, telephone, safe, coffee maker, minibar, bathrobes, slippers, and a terrace with direct access to the pool.

Unique Junior Suite Tropical (PUJ933)

Equipped like the Junior Suite, with additional access to the private "UNIQUE at Lopesan Costa Bavaro" area, where services such as a private beach club with a restaurant (incl. waiter service on the beach) can be utilized. Also available at an additional charge with Ocean View (partial sea view) or as a Swim Out.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. Brown algae are particularly common in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
