The resort comprises 1125 suites divided into 3-story bungalows, each with 12 units. The main building houses the reception, several boutiques, and a supermarket. Additionally, the hotel features 2 buffet restaurants, 8 à la carte restaurants (including Italian, Seafood, Teppanyaki, Mexican), a steakhouse, pizzeria, coffee shop, 1 snack bar, and 5 bars offering national and international drinks, plus 1 food truck. The meticulously maintained grounds include 2 beautiful pool areas (Relax and Action pools) with an integrated children's pool, sun terraces, and the hotel's own mini-zoo. Further amenities include a souvenir shop, fitness and wellness center with whirlpool and sauna. The hotel also has a separate family area.

Bungalow 1 Bedroom

Tastefully and modernly furnished rooms feature 1 king-size or 2 double beds, bathroom/WC with shower, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, mini-bar (daily replenished with water, soft drinks & beer), coffee maker, safe, iron, ironing board, and a balcony or terrace (B12/B11/BK2/BK4).

Family Junior Suite

With the same amenities, these suites feature 1 king-size bed and 1 bunk bed, bathrobes and slippers for children and adults, a children's bathroom set, iron/ironing board, beach bag with family logo, ice in the Family Club Area, and an exclusive Family Club Restaurant. Balcony or terrace (FJ2/FK7/FK8/FK9/FKB). Also available as Family Club JS Swim Out for an additional charge (FE2, Summer 23).

Platinum Suite

In addition to the amenities of the Bungalow 1 Bedroom, these suites offer a bathtub, 24-hour room service, beach towels in the room, a private reception, exclusive beach club and pool, and a 10% discount on spa treatments (PL2).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.35 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may be experienced due to wind, temperature, and currents. Specifically, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are diligently working to clean affected beach areas in cooperation with local municipalities. This process may involve the use of equipment that generates some noise.
