The hotel, newly opened in November 2016, is located within the overall complex of the Bahia Principe Bavaro Resort. The distance to Punta Cana Airport is approx. 35 minutes by car.

The imaginative complex offers its guests the following amenities: A main restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants, a pool restaurant, a beach bar and a snack bar open 24 hours. Disco and shops in the Bahia Principe Village, the entertainment center of the resort. The highlight is the water and adventure park for children, with a pool and children's area. The huge main pool has a swim-up bar and large sun terraces overlooking 2 castles, which include the mini club and an ice cream bar, among other things. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Facilities of 3 sister hotels (Grand Bavaro, Grand Punta Cana, and Grand Aquamarine) can be shared (Guests have access to the main areas and themed restaurants (excluding buffet restaurants) of all Grand Hotels within the Bahia Principe Bavaro complex and to the specialty restaurants of Bahia Principe). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found more frequently in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause a slight background noise.
