The hotel complex, consisting of the Grand Sirenis Cocotal Beach Resort and the Grand Sirenis Tropical Suites, is situated amidst one of the most beautiful coconut groves in the Caribbean, directly on a stunning sandy beach.

Facilities

The complex offers a total of 816 accommodation units. General facilities include a spacious reception and lounge area, buffet restaurant, beach restaurant with panoramic views (lunch buffet and themed dinners), various à la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, French, Tex-Mex, Rodizio, American, Mediterranean; subject to availability and reservation). Furthermore, the hotel has a snack bar, 11 bars, 2 large swimming pools with gently sloping access, 2 separate children's pools, sun terraces, sports bar, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, mini-supermarket, and various other shops, Sirenis Aquagames water park, and an animation stage. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Double room

The rooms have been renovated and feature a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (replenished daily), coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board, bathrobes, Wi-Fi, room service (11 AM - 11 PM), and a balcony or terrace (D/DE/KD).

Economy Junior Suite

Equipped like the non-renovated double rooms, without bathrobes, and with air conditioning, a safe for rent, room service (11 AM - 11 PM), and Wi-Fi (JSS/SK0/SK4).

Family Suites

The family suites are located in the Tropical area, are renovated, and feature individually adjustable air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, ironing board, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, minibar, safe, a living area, and a sleeping area separated by a sliding door, room service (11 AM - 11 PM), and a balcony or terrace (2FS/KF2/KF3).

Romantic Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they are slightly larger and renovated. They feature a whirlpool in the bathroom. Wi-Fi and safe are included (RR2).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Next to the hotel, you will find the 12,000 sqm Sirenis Aquagames water park with the following facilities (admission is included for all hotel guests) - a large central swimming pool, a 10-meter high tower with 4 slides, a heated children's area (4-11 years) with 10 children's slides, a baby pool (2-4 years) with animal and water jet figures, and much more.
In the Dominican Republic, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be openly integrated into the general living area of the hotel room without a spatial separation.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, increased brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate a slight background noise.
