Location

The adults-only hotel from the popular RIU chain is located on the beautiful sandy beach on the Costa Mujeres. Cancun International Airport is approx. 33 km away and the city center is approx. 18 km away.

The hotel, newly opened in 2022, is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over and features 594 rooms, 6 pools (two pools with swim-up bars, two relaxation pools), a water park "Splash Water World" with several slides, 6 restaurants and 5 bars, and a concierge service. Furthermore, the hotel has a spa area with massages, beauty salon, hairdresser (for a fee), fitness room and steam bath (free), Pacha nightclub, boutique/kiosk, ATM, and internet terminal. Sun loungers on the beach are free of charge.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates a slight background noise.
