Location

The hotel is located on the southwest coast of the island of Cozumel. The transfer time from Cancun airport by bus and ferry is approximately 2 hours. The small town of San Miguel de Cozumel is about 17 km away.

The modern and luxurious hotel has 45 bungalows with 293 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk, a currency exchange and a souvenir shop. The tropical landscaped outdoor area features freshwater swimming pool landscapes with a children's pool, sun terrace and loungers. The gastronomic offer includes 2 buffet restaurants, 3 specialty restaurants, a cantina snack bar and 4 bars. Come and indulge and let yourself be pampered. Additionally, loungers and beach towels are available free of charge.

The rooms are furnished in Caribbean style and have a shower, toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe (included), cable TV (Deutsche Welle), telephone, free Wi-Fi, minibar (included), coffee machine and a balcony or terrace with a hammock (PR1/PR2). Also bookable as Premium Tropical View with garden view (PTZ/PTE).

Suite

With the same furnishings, the suites also have a sofa bed, an open living area, and a balcony with a hammock (S2).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often recorded in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight background noise.
