Location

The hotel boasts a prime location, situated right in the center, just a few steps from the famous pedestrian zone (5th Avenue) of Playa del Carmen and 250 m from the sandy beach. Cancun Airport is approximately 57 km away.

Facilities

The small, cozy hotel has 91 rooms spread across 3 floors, a small reception area, a restaurant with breakfast service/bar, and a tropical garden with a small pool, sun loungers, and a pool bar. Towels are available at the hotel.

Destination Information

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may be observed due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause slight noise.
