The elegant Eurostars Hacienda Vista Real is situated in a quiet and prime location in Playa del Carmen, nestled within a tropical garden near a golf course. The vibrant city center with the renowned Quinta Avenida, the beach, and the harbor are each approximately 1 km away. Cancún International Airport is about 66 km away.

Built in the traditional style of a Mexican hacienda, the resort features colonial architecture, charming details, and a particularly tranquil atmosphere. The hotel offers 77 stylishly furnished rooms. Deluxe Double Room

The tastefully furnished Deluxe Double Rooms (approx. 23m²) offer colonial charm combined with modern comfort. Amenities include a king-size bed or two double beds, air conditioning, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, minibar, safe, telephone, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The rooms face inwards (D/DE).

Connecting Room

With otherwise identical amenities, these consist of two interconnected rooms (approx. 90m²), with two bathrooms featuring showers. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two double beds and a sofa bed. The connecting rooms also feature two balconies/terraces with views of the golf course or the pool and garden area (CI2).

DZ Premium with Terrace

The Premium Rooms (approx. 63m²) feature two double beds and a private terrace, perfect for relaxation, in addition to the same high-quality amenities as the Deluxe rooms (P2T/P1T).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For double occupancy + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room; this means occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

As of now, hotels in Mexico will introduce an "Eco-Tax." This requires every user of a hotel room in Mexico to pay a levy to the state locally at the hotel, similar to a tourist tax.

As of April 1, 2021, a tourism tax was implemented and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican Pesos, or approx. 11 US dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars.

No smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often a greater accumulation of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may produce some noise.
