The hotel is located on a fine sandy beach, on a reef offshore. Cancun is approx. 49 km to the north, Playa del Carmen is approx. 19 km away. The transfer from Cancun Airport takes approx. 30 minutes.

The international complex has a total of 404 rooms spread across several 2- and 3-story buildings and offers its guests 4 bars, a snack grill (open from 11 am to 5:30 pm), a buffet restaurant, 6 à la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, and BLoved Restaurant for Privileged guests), a swimming pool with a swim-up bar. Between April and December, due to wind, temperature, and currents, there may be an increased presence of seaweed and algae. In particular, brown algae are often observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local authorities. However, this requires the use of equipment that may cause some noise.
