The exclusive adults-only hotel (18+ years) has 473 modern rooms spread across three buildings. In addition to the standard amenities, the suites consist of a bedroom and a separate living area. Additionally, they feature a jacuzzi on the terrace (Y2T).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Hotels in Mexico are gradually introducing an "Eco-Tax".
As a result, every hotel room user in Mexico is obliged to pay a tax to the state locally at the hotel, similar to a tourist tax.

As of April 1, 2021, a tourism tax has been implemented and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican pesos or approximately 11 US dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican pesos or US dollars.

Destination information

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise disturbance.
