The spacious and extensive complex with 446 rooms is part of a complex with the hotels Iberostar Paraiso del Mar, Iberostar Paraiso Maya, and Iberostar Paraiso Beach. Guests can enjoy the comfort and facilities of all complexes. For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant, 5 à-la-carte restaurants (subject to availability: American Grill, Lemon&Spice, Greek, Mediterranean, Italian, and Steakhouse), and 6 bars. The beautifully landscaped grounds feature a fantastic pool area with a wave pool, activity pool, quiet pool, children's water park with slides (for children 1.20m and taller), and sun terraces. Additionally, the complex offers an ice cream parlor, crêperie, fitness room, spa, hairdresser, shopping arcade, and two nightclubs (adults' disco and teens' disco). Features the Winnow system for reducing food waste, 3R equipment for
waste management in the hotels, and installed drinking water fountains.
We have two coral breeding sites in front of the complex where we work with our
scientific team to restore the coral reefs.
Together with the community where the Paraíso complex is located, we monitor the
hotel beaches for turtle nests, which are then relocated to camps set up for this
activity.
We maintain mangrove areas in our Paraíso complex, which help protect our coasts
and hotels from storms and hurricanes.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. Brown algae are particularly common in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local authorities. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
