The resort is located in Puerto Morelos, on the border of the Riviera Maya, directly on the white sandy beach. The second largest contiguous coral reef in the world is located about 550 m offshore. Cancun Airport is approx. a 25-minute drive away.

Junior Suite

The suites have 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, a bathroom with a toilet, a living room with a sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning, a safe, a minibar (water, soft drinks, beer), an iron/ironing board, and a balcony or terrace. Sea view is also available.

Privilege Junior Suite

Same amenities as the Deluxe Junior Suites, but with an additional whirlpool, a large LCD or plasma TV, alarm clock with iPod player, CD-DVD player, premium drinks in the minibar, and free internet access in the Privilege Suites. Additionally, guests in this category have access to the Privilege Lounge (free Wi-Fi, library, snacks), priority reservations at à la carte restaurants, 1 lobster dinner per stay (reservation required), breakfast in your room on the first morning, concierge service, and a private beach area with Balinese beds. Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For a occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, increased amounts of brown algae are often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
