The Junior Suites (approx. 42 sqm) feature a king-size bed, a bathroom with a rainfall shower, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, alarm clock with docking station, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar (daily stocked with soft drinks, water, and beer), ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a balcony with seating and a jacuzzi. Suites with a limited sea view are also available at an additional charge (J2G/J1G/JOV/JOE).

Junior Suite Swim-Out Garden View

These suites offer the same amenities and location as the Junior Suites, with direct access to a shared pool. Limited sea view options are also available at an additional charge (JSO/JPO).

Serenity Club Partial Ocean View

These rooms have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, plus exclusive Serenity Club benefits: an exclusive check-in lounge (7 AM - 11 PM), access to the exclusive Serenity Club Lounge (7 AM - 11 PM), concierge service, a welcome gift, and a personalized thank-you note. This requires every hotel room user in Mexico to pay a government tax locally at the hotel in cash.

A tourism tax was implemented on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time fee of 224 Mexican Pesos or approximately 11 US Dollars per person, regardless of the duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico, including public transportation, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations may result in fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. Brown algae are particularly common in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are making efforts to clean affected beach areas in cooperation with municipal administrations. This may involve the use of equipment that generates some noise.
