Location

Located directly on a bay with a fine sandy beach, next to the Xcaret nature park, this exceptional resort is approximately 6 km from Playa del Carmen. Perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings, it offers a very special ambiance with Mayan ruins located within the complex. A small, artificial river flows through the resort, which is built in a Mediterranean style and offers activities in the paid Xcaret amusement park that are unique.

Facilities

The spacious, tropical-style resort features 11 different themed restaurants (unlimited and without reservation), including 5 à la carte restaurants (Steakhouse, Mexican, Asian, Seafood, and Italian), a pizzeria, 11 bars, a business center, tennis courts, a nightclub, and shops. In the outdoor area, there are 6 swimming pools, three of which have a pool bar, as well as a children's pool with an adjacent kids' club and sun terraces. Sunshades, loungers, and towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Junior Suite

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, but are slightly larger (approx. 47 m²) and feature a living area with a sofa. Guests also receive exclusive premium toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, 1 bottle of sparkling wine, and breakfast in bed once per stay (reservation required via concierge service).

Concierge

Additionally offer the following amenities: enhanced amenities, a fruit basket upon arrival and a bottle of wine, concierge service, minibar (refilled every second day), evening turndown service, bathrobes and slippers, and premium bath amenities.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Rooms (approx. 32 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, TV (no German channels), Wi-Fi, minibar (refilled every 2 days), safe, coffee machine, internet access (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace.

Royal Level

The 39 Royal Level rooms additionally feature a DVD and CD player, personal scale, coffee machine, and hydro-massage bathtub, in addition to the amenities of the Deluxe Double Rooms.
The Royal Level exclusively offers guests a separate reception area, a lounge, bar service with international drinks, room service, a "Royal Restaurant" where guests can exclusively dine, an exclusive area by the swimming pool, and an area near the beach. Wi-Fi is also included in the rooms.

Unlimited Xcaret Xperience

Admission to the water park can be booked additionally for 1 week (minimum stay is 7 nights!). Additional weeks can be booked on-site upon request.
Unlimited free admission to the breathtaking and unique XCARET PARK (including entrance and shows), as well as access to the park's beach coves with all their beautiful colorful fish and turtles.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). If the occupancy is 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, increased amounts of brown algae are often recorded in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates a slight noise level.
