Location

The hotel is located directly on the long, Blue Flag-awarded sandy beach of Kalithea. The resort center, situated above, is about 200 m away. In Kalithea, there are numerous shops, bars, cafeterias, restaurants, and a public bus stop. Recently, a small archaeological site with interesting findings was also uncovered here. The airport is approximately 80 km away.

The popular, completely renovated boutique hotel features 126 rooms, a 24-hour reception with a lobby, a bar, a cocktail bar (for a fee), elevators, 1 main restaurant "Estia", 1 à la carte restaurant "Greco's Mediterranean Cuisine" (for a fee), a lounge, a TV corner, a swimming pool (heated in April, May, and October) with a separate children's pool (heated in April and October), and a pool bar (Fresco Bio Healthy Bar, for a fee). The modernly furnished rooms are located on the first floor and feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, a double bed, telephone, 43" satellite TV, safe, Nespresso machine, mini-fridge/minibar (on request for a fee), 1 bottle of water upon arrival, sun loungers on the beach, balcony, and garden view (SSZ).

Deluxe Double Room

With the same amenities as the Super Saver Rooms, these rooms feature a double bed and an extra bed (DD2). Optionally available for single use (DD1) or with sea view (DDM).

Premium Deluxe Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Premium rooms offer toiletries and bathrobes, a Nespresso machine (refilled daily), and a stocked minibar upon arrival (4 soft drinks and 1 beer), as well as a bottle of wine in the room (P2M).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, payable by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from 01.01.2025.
