Location

The holiday hotel is located directly on the long, Blue Flag awarded sandy beach of Kalithea. The center, situated above, is about 200m away. Kalithea offers numerous shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and a public bus stop. Recently, a small archaeological site with interesting finds has been excavated here. The airport is approximately 80 km away.

The popular, completely renovated boutique hotel features 126 rooms, a 24-hour reception with lobby, a bar, a cocktail bar (extra charge), elevators, 1 main restaurant "Estia", 1 à la carte restaurant "Greco's Mediterranean Cuisine" (extra charge), a lounge area, TV corner, a swimming pool (heated in April, May, and October) with a separate children's pool (heated in April and October), and a pool bar (Fresco Bio Healthy Bar, extra charge). Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. Beach and pool towels, loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

These modernly furnished rooms are located on the first floor and feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, a double bed, telephone, 43" satellite TV, safe, Nespresso machine, mini-fridge/minibar (available on request for a fee), 1 bottle of water upon arrival, sun loungers on the beach, balcony, and garden view (SSZ).

Deluxe Double Room

With the same amenities as the Super Saver Rooms, these rooms feature a double bed and an extra bed (DD2). Optionally bookable for single use (DD1) or with sea view (DDM).

Premium Deluxe Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Premium Rooms offer toiletries and bathrobes, a Nespresso machine (refilled daily), and a stocked minibar upon arrival (4 soft drinks and 1 beer), as well as a bottle of wine in the room (P2M).
