Welcome to the beautiful region of Zell am See! This fantastic region attracts many holidaymakers every year and is the perfect location for an impressive vacation. The unique, crystal-clear Lake Zell (approx. 250m from the hotel) invites you for many great dips, combined with a view of the surrounding Alps. Active holidaymakers like mountain bikers and road cyclists will also get their money's worth here; there is a suitable route for everyone in this region. In winter, the nearest ski lift (approx. 120m) takes you to the Zell am See-Kaprun ski area for skiing and much more.
The wonderful 4-star Boutique Hotel Two Timez offers its guests a great location, right in the center of Zell am See. The beautiful pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants can be reached in approx. 30m. For hotel guests arriving by train, the nearest train station is approx. 500m away.

Facilities

The modernly designed hotel has 48 rooms and consists of Hotel Heitzmann and Boutique Hotel Two Timez (approx. 10m away). Guests who want a modern hotel between the ski slope, the lake, and the Alpine city, and who also love the alpine panorama and alpine lifestyle, are in the right place here. The hotel is equipped with a hotel bar, a chill-out lounge, a beautiful sun terrace, and two restaurants with different areas. Furthermore, the boutique hotel has a rooftop bar with a unique panoramic view over Zell am See (open daily from 5 PM to 11 PM - weather permitting). The use of Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Double room

The stylishly designed double rooms are approx. 30m² and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The double rooms are equipped with a double bed, an extra bed, and a French balcony. The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer, and a toilet. General amenities include cable TV, a seating area, a telephone, and a free safe (D).

Suite

These tastefully designed suites are approx. 51 m² and have a separate bedroom (with connecting door) and a balcony. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also has a bathtub and a separate toilet (S2).

Half board (winter)

Breakfast buffet (cold/hot) with vitality corner from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, 5-course set menu with salad buffet in the evening.

The fee will be levied parallel to the local tax per overnight stay and will go towards the expansion of transport. In return, all guests will receive free use of public transport at their holiday destination. The fee must be paid regardless of whether public transport is used.
