Location

The Pestana Alvor Beach Villas are part of the Pestana Dom Joao II Beach & Golf Resort, located directly on the sandy beach "Praia de Alvor". The villas were largely renovated in 2024/2025. The town center is only about 1 km away. Further shopping and entertainment facilities are located in the port city of Portimao, approximately 7 km away. Faro International Airport is about 70 km away.

The spacious 4-star holiday complex features 44 villas. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour front desk, lounge bar, elevators, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, bar & conference room. The complex is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with a seawater swimming pool, children's pool, and sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and mattresses are included. There is a beach bar located on the beach. Sun loungers here are available for a fee.

The renovated villas (1 bedroom) are approximately 35 m² and feature a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, living area with a sofa bed, separate bedroom with two single beds (twin), air conditioning, safe, cable TV (LCD screen), Wi-Fi (included), kitchenette (with ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and kettle), dining table, chairs, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (V2).

With the same amenities as the 1-bedroom villas, these 2-bedroom villas are more spacious at approximately 54 m² and feature two separate bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds (V22).

Villa (3 bedrooms)

With the same amenities as the 1-bedroom villas, these 3-bedroom villas are more spacious at approximately 100 m² and feature three separate bedrooms with single or double beds (V3).

Superior Villa (2 bedrooms)

The renovated Superior Villas (2 bedrooms) are approximately 69 m² and, with the same amenities as the 1-bedroom villas, feature 2 separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (2VE).

Premium Villa (2 bedrooms)

With the same amenities as the Superior Villas (2 bedrooms), these Premium Villas are more spacious at approximately 89 m² (2VP).
