Located on a small hill, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city.
It is about 300 m or a 10-minute walk via stairs or a street to the seawater swimming pools and the center. Shops and restaurants in the La Paz district and the Botanical Garden are also about a 10-minute walk away.

This traditional, extensively modernized hotel has 224 rooms on nine floors, three elevators, a lobby, lounges (all non-smoking areas), a lobby bar (open in the evenings), a swimming pool with a snack bar, an impressive bar on the 7th floor with breathtaking views, and two whirlpools (the "BAR THE TOP"). (This bar is not included in the all-inclusive offer.) There is also a spacious, air-conditioned non-smoking buffet restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Guests can use a small garden with a heated swimming pool (open from January 1st to April 30th), a solarium, and a sunbathing lawn (with loung chairs and umbrellas). The hotel also offers a children's water park with a new infinity pool and a recently opened Splash Bar.
The hotel has central air conditioning and free parking (subject to availability).

Same amenities as the double rooms with sea or Teide view, but located on the 1st floor and featuring a spacious terrace with sun loungers. Upon arrival, you will find water, a fruit basket, a bathrobe, and slippers in your room (charge €2).

Young Traveller Room

Penthouse Room

The Penthouse room is located on the 7th floor of the hotel and offers a dreamlike sea view and the highest comfort. 55-inch TV, large double bed, safe (for a fee), minibar, bathrobe and slippers, kettle, bathtub and shower, as well as a large terrace with comfortable sun loungers. (P2)
