The hotel is located in the Kestel district next to the Dim River and directly on the long sandy/pebble beach, approx. 6 km from Alanya center and 140 km from Antalya Airport. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel consists of a 3-story building complex (elevators available) and has 350 rooms. The facilities include the reception area with reception, an elegant lobby with comfortable seating, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with reservation), several bars, a heated indoor pool, and a spa area. There are also some shops and a hairdresser (both at a charge). Wi-Fi is included within the hotel. The outdoor area features a freshwater pool, a relax pool (+16 years), and a pool with three water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas as well as beach towels are included at the beach with beach club and beach bar, and by the pool. All outdoor facilities are subject to seasonal limitations at the hotelier's discretion.

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are located in the main building and are approx. 36 sqm in size (DSU). DZ=EZ for single use (DSE).

Suite

With similar amenities and location to the double rooms, these consist of 2 sleeping areas with a visual separation and are approx. 56 sqm in size (S2).

Family Room

With similar amenities and location to the suites, these rooms have an additional connecting door (DF2).

Family Room Superior

With similar amenities to the suites but slightly smaller, these rooms are located in the main building (approx. 36 sqm) (F2U).
