The hotel is located in the Kestel district, next to the Dim River and directly on the long sand/pebble beach. It is approximately 6 km from Alanya center and 140 km from Antalya Airport. Taxi and public minibus services are available in close proximity to the hotel.

The hotel comprises a 3-story building complex (elevators available) and features 350 rooms. Amenities include the reception area with a front desk, an elegant lobby with comfortable seating, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one reservation per stay included), several bars, a heated indoor pool, and a spa area. Additionally, there are shops and a hairdresser (available for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The outdoor area offers a freshwater pool, a relax pool (+16 years), a pool with three water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the beach with a beach club and bar, as well as by the pool.
