Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Kumköy, approx. 3 km from the ancient old town of Side and about 64 km from Antalya, and 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal facility for adults.

The attractively designed holiday complex has 322 rooms. Among the various amenities are the spacious reception hall with a reception where you will be welcomed with a welcome cocktail upon arrival and comfortable seating areas as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool and in the rooms. Buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once a week by appointment and subject to availability), other bars and a well-equipped wellness area. In the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a spacious pool area with a freshwater swimming pool as well as the pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, towels and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from 1 April to 31 October, weather permitting.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main or side building and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring and balcony (D). (Also bookable under AYTB44 as Double Room Standard (DS).) Double rooms with pool view can be booked for an additional charge (PD). Double room for single use (DE/PDE).

Comfort Room

These are double rooms with a partial sea view, located in the main or side building and on a higher floor with late check-out (max. 3 p.m., DK2/from So26: DKO). Double room for single use (DK1).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms in a less preferred location and are situated in the main or side building facing the street (SSZ).
Also bookable under AYTB44 as Super Saver Room (SSZ).

Double Room Swim Up

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the side building and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, tiled floors and a terrace with two sun loungers and an umbrella with direct pool access (PZ2). Double room for single use (PZ1).

Suite

The comfortably furnished rooms have a bedroom and a living room, visually separated, shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring and a balcony with two sun loungers and an umbrella (S2).

Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner buffet. Late risers' breakfast, snacks during the day as well as coffee/tea pastries, ice cream hour at specific times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
